Remote High School Strength & Conditioning: Programming and Coaching
Every high school athlete should have access to a comprehensive strength and conditioning program that is designed and operated by a qualified professional.
Unfortunately, not all schools/school districts are willing to make that investment in their student-athletes. That is the void I want to help fill.
Whether you're a sport coach that's responsible for training your own team or a PE teacher that has weight lifting classes during the school day, I can save you invaluable time and likely frustration of trying to figure out what to do every day.
Prior to making an investment, I will schedule a free 30 minute phone call with you and/or your staff to discuss the product and decide if it's right for you.
With any purchase, regardless of which level, you can expect to receive:
- A 1 hour video conference to go over all materials, answer any questions, and provide any necessary demonstrations.
- Warm-Up routines.
- Weight lifting programming written in 12 Week Phases.
- You'll receive the next 12 week phase every time your subscription is paid.
- Sample speed training sessions and agility training sessions.
- Sport specific conditioning guidelines.
- A monthly phone call to check in and answer questions if necessary.
- Text message support 7 days a week.
All program subscriptions will be renewed every 3 months. This allows to continuously make adjustments as we speak on a regular basis and make your program just that, YOUR program. Not mine, yours.
The programs I use have been tested, adjusted, and tested again with athletes ranging from middle school girls soccer players to collegiate football players.
Upon purchase you will not see any downloadable content because everything will be custom made, tailored to your needs. There will be a 1 week turnaround time between the date of purchase and receipt of materials.
